Rachelle Smith is Chief Operating Officer & President of Q.i.M.P. and is passionate about helping women grow and accomplish their dreams. A wife of 31 years, mother of 3 and grandmother to 5, when she isn’t navigating family life, she can also be found thriving as a Real Estate Agent and in Corporate America as a Sales Account Manager for a Nutrition company. Rachelle believes her journey and experiences have been strategically designed by God to give her a platform to mentor and encourage women and girls; to validate that they CAN “have it all”. “Women don’t have to choose one or the other but rather can achieve personal and professional goals, on their terms.” Q.i.M.P. is the epitome of her journey.

Tamica Evans is the Community Engagement Director who will help develop strong outreach programs to support our local

community outreach goals and support marketing efforts. Tamica will develop and maintain an approach that will generate consistent outreach for the organization. 

As a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Tamica Evans is the Deputy, Aviation Resource Management Functional Manager for Air Education and Training Command. She is responsible for the training, advancement, and manpower utilization of 400 military and civilian personnel for 14 wings and 12 detachments. Senior Evans serves as the aviation and parachutist management expert for all

rated, non-rated, and career enlisted aviators and oversees a $44M annual incentive pay budget. 

She coordinates directly with Air Staff and Major Command leaders to implement policies, procedures, and unique programs regarding effective management of the career field and the Aviation Resource

Management System database.

Tamica enlisted into the Air Force in March 1999. She has served in several positions both stateside and overseas. 

She has deployed in support of Operations ATLAS RESPONSE, ENDURING FREEDOM, and ENDURING FREEDOM-

TRANS SAHARA. Before assuming her current position, she served as Superintendent of Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM), Special Warfare Training Support Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
